Google Acquisitions in 2007

Google has about 15 people working on acquisitions that meet with dozens of companies a week . Salman Ullah, Google's director of corporate development says:
We don't do traffic for traffic's sake,It has to be highly monetizable.
We list all the acquisitions made in year 2007 by Google.
Xunlei (acquired on January, 2007)
Xunlei (meaning Thunderbolt) is a business based in Shenzhen in China. It provides a popular peer-to-peer file sharing service, which is mainly used in the Mainland China and is in the Chinese language.This acquisition shows the ever growing interest of Google in Chinese market.They also offer download accelerating services which have been downloaded and installed by over 80 million users. Xunlei's websites attract over fifty million hits per day
Adscape(acquired on February, 2007)
Adscape is a video game advertising company whose AdverPlay product lets developers place dynamic ads right inside the game and Real Virtual Gateway product enables two-way text, audio and video communication via SMS Text or eMail.It was a $23 million acquisition.
Trendalyzer(acquired on March, 2007)

Tonic Systems(acquired on April, 2007)
Tonic Systems is a San Francisco-based company that provides Java presentation automation products and solutions for document management - Tonic Systems Builder, Tonic Systems Filter, Tonic Systems Transformer, Tonic Systems Viewer, and Jar Jar Links. Features of their products included text extraction for indexing documents, presentation creation capabilities and document conversion tools.
Marratech( acquired on April, 2007)
Marratech is a Swedish company that makes software for e-meetings (e.g., web conferencing, videoconferencing).Marratech was founded in 1998, as a spin off company from the Centre for Distance-Spanning Technology at the Luleå University of Technology.
GreenBorder( acquired on May 11, 2007)
GreenBorder is a security software company that specializes in using virtualization to create safe zones for online activities for Internet users. GreenBorder lets computer operators combine hardware and software to create "virtual" machines where tasks such as reading e-mail or exploring websites can be done without exposing systems to viruses or other malicious programs.
Panoramio( acquired on June 1, 2007)
Panoramio is a geolocation-oriented photo sharing website. Currently, some of the photos uploaded to the site can be accessed as a layer in Google Earth, with new photos being added at the end of every month. The site's goal is to allow Google Earth users to learn more about a given area by viewing the photos that other users have taken at that place.
FeedBurner(acquired on June 3, 2007)
FeedBurner is a news feed management provider launched in 2004. FeedBurner provides custom RSS feeds and management tools to bloggers, podcasters, and other web-based content publishers. Services provided to publishers include traffic analysis and an optional advertising system.

GrandCentral(acquired on July 2, 2007)
GrandCentral is a Google-owned internet service that uses VoIP to link customers' phone numbers together. Currently the service is in private beta and is accessible by invitation only; invitations can be obtained from existing members though requests from the website's "reserve" request are frequently responded to with an invitation from the beta team within 24 hrs.

ImageAmerica( acquired on July, 2007)
ImageAmerica has previously provided images for Google Maps and Earth, including high-resolution black and white imagery of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.
